選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

下顎遊離端欠損患者（Kennedy 分類1, 両側の５番は欠損）適切な部分床義歯を装着している者。 インプラント埋入手術が受けられる者。 上顎の欠損状態は問わない。

英語
Lower jaw free end deficient patients (Kennedy classification 1 , the fifth of both sides missing ) wearing the appropriate partial denture person .
Patients who implant embedded get surgery is received .
Deficient state of the upper jaw does not matter .

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
顎関節症、口腔内乾燥症、感染症、口腔運動障害、認知症精神疾患を有する者。 インプラント埋入手術を受けられない者。

Temporomandibular joint disease , xerostomia , infection disease, oral movement disorder , dementia , a person who has a mental illness . Those who do not receive the implant implantation surgery .

主な結果/Results

日本語
30名に48本のインプラント埋入を行った．そのうち磁性アタッチメントを用いたIARPDまで評価を行った27名の解析を行った．
ショートインプラントによる磁性アタッチメントを用いたIARPDを使用することは，口腔関連QoLおよび患者満足度，PDA，咬断能力，最大咬合力，咬合接触面積を改善することが可能であった．
