選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

① 経肛門的バルーン小腸内視鏡検査を施行し、全小腸の観察が不能であった症例でかつ、明らかな腸管狭窄を認めなかったクローン病症例

(1) Crohn's disease patients without intestinal stricture
(2) Patients underwent per-anal balloon-assisted enteroscopy and the entire small intestine could not be observed

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
① 腹部X線検査、腹部超音波検査、経肛門的バルーン小腸内視鏡検査、病歴や手術歴、臨床背景情報などで消化管の閉塞、瘻孔が既知又は疑われる患者
② カプセル小腸内視鏡検査を実施した際に明らかにカプセル小腸内視鏡が滞留すると考えられる消化管の狭窄が既知の患者
③ 高度な肛門狭窄を有する症例
④ 妊婦
⑤ 心臓ペースメーカー又は他の電気医療機器が埋め込まれている患者
⑥ 嚥下障害がある患者
⑦ 硫酸バリウム製剤に対し、過敏症の既往のある患者
⑧ その他、医師が不適と判断した場合

(6) Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to barium sulfate
