選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
以下のすべての条件に該当する患者を対象とする。
1．米国精神医学会の診断基準DSM-5により自閉スペクトラム症／自閉症スペクトラム障害と診断された者
2．当院精神神経科外来に通院している者(本研究への参加を希望して通院を開始した者を含む)
3．同意取得時の年齢が満16歳以上40歳未満である者

1. Autistic spectrum disorders defined by DSM-5
2. Outpatients of Chiba University Hospital
3. Age between 16 and 40

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
下記の各項目を一つでも満たす者は本研究の被験者から除外する。
1．同意能力を欠く者
2．ICD-10におけるF0「症状性を含む器質性精神障害」、F1「精神作用物質使用による精神及び行動の障害(ただしカフェイン及びニコチン依存を除く)」F2「統合失調症、統合失調症型感情障害」、F7「知的障害」を有している者
3．上記除外基準以外の精神障害を有しており、そのコントロールが不良な者
4．現在、コントロール不良の身体疾患を有する者
5．同意取得前の3ヶ月以内に他の治験又は自主臨床試験(ただし介入を伴わない観察研究を除く)に参加した者
6．過去1年以内に自殺企図の既往を有する者
7．その他、主治医が不適当と判断した者

2. F0, F1 (excluding caffeine and nicotine), F2, F7 in ICD-10
3. Uncontrollable mental disorders other than above
4. Uncontrollable physical diseases
5. Having participated in other intervening clinical trials within three months
6. Suicidal attempts within one year
7. Prohibited by the doctor in charge
