選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

・ 一般成人のうち、研究に同意が得られた者を対象とする。
・ 男女
・ 20歳以上65歳未満
・ 中性脂肪50-199mg/dL
・ 血圧　159/99mmHg 以下
・ LDLコレステロール120-159 mg/dL
・ BMI30cm/m2未満
・ コレステロール低下薬などの治療を行なっていない脂質異常症境界型すなわち上記の血液検査値の範囲内の者
・ 糖尿病、高血圧の診断を受けていない人、治療を行なっていない者
・ 以上すべてを満たす者とする。

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
(1) 重篤な脳血管疾患、心疾患、肝疾患、腎疾患、消化器系疾患、届出が必要な感染症などに罹患している者
(2) 胃切除、胃腸縫合術、腸管切除など消化器系に大きな手術歴のある者
(3) 慢性疾患（脂質異常症、高血圧症、糖尿病、心臓病、肝不全、腎不全、胃・十二指腸潰瘍、大腸炎、
クローン病、がんなど）により治療、投薬を受けている者
(4)　家族性高コレステロール血症と判断される者
(5)　血圧測定、血液検査で著しい異常が認められる者
(6)　高度の貧血、あるいは出血傾向のある者
(7)　下痢の症状が頻繁に見られる者
(8)　妊娠、授乳中である者、もしくは試験期間中に妊娠を希望する者
(9)　魚介類（特にEPAやDHA）、ゼラチンに対しアレルギー症状を示す恐れのある者
(10)血清脂質に影響する医薬品（EPA製剤、スタチン、フィブラート、エゼチミブ、ステロイド薬、甲状腺薬など）や機能性食品・サプリメント（EPA、DHA、中鎖脂肪酸、植物ステロール、セサミン、ウコン、ポリフェノール、食物繊維など）および抗凝固薬、抗血小板薬を常用している者
(11)魚をほとんど毎日欠かさず食べている者
(12)過度の喫煙及びアルコールの常用者ならびに食事、睡眠などの生活習慣が極度に不規則な者
(13)摂取開始前12週間以内に400ｍL献血、4週間以内に200ｍL献血または2週間以内に成分献血を行った者
(14)他の臨床試験に現在参加しているか、または1か月以内に参加していた者
(15)その他、試験責任医師が不適格であると判断した者
