手術開始時ランジオロール塩酸塩は動脈圧ライン留置を介して0.005mg/kg/minで投与開始し、心拍数60（～80）回／分を維持するように投与速度を調節し（漸増法）、術後第1病日まで継続投与する

The landiolol hydrochloride of 0.005mg/kg/min is administered to a patient through a indwelling aortic catheter from commencing surgery to postoperative day1 with adjusting the landiolol hydrochloride administration rate according to maintain the heart rate 60 (to 80) times/ min (dose titration method)

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
原発性肺癌の手術患者で、心疾患合併、開胸術による二葉以上の肺切除、気管支形成あるいは血管形成を伴う肺切除、周囲臓器合併切除を伴う肺切除のうちいずれか一つを満たす患者とする

Including primary lung cancer patients who meet any one following conditions, a cardiac disease, bilobectomy with thoracotomy, lung resection with a bronchial formation or angiogenesis, lung resection with composite resection of organ around lung.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
ランジオロール塩酸塩の禁忌に該当する患者
1) 心原性ショックの患者
2) 糖尿病ケトアシドーシス、代謝性アシドーシスのある患者
3) 房室ブロック（Ⅱ度以上）、洞不全症候群など徐脈性不整脈患者
4) 肺高血圧症による右心不全のある患者
5) うっ血性心不全のある患者
6) 未治療の褐色細胞腫の患者
7) 本剤の成分に対し過敏症の既往歴のある患者
・その他の除外患者
8) 気管支喘息の患者
9) 洞不全症候群患者（ペースメーカー植え込み例を含む）
10) 妊婦・授乳期の女性また妊娠の可能性がある患者
11) その他、試験担当医師が不適切と判断した患者

Patient corresponding to the contraindication of landiolol hydrochloride
1) Patients with cardiogenic shock
2) Patients with diabetic ketoacidosis or metabolic acidosis
3) Patients with auriculoventricular block(out of 2nd degree) or bradyarrhythmia including sick sinus syndrome
4)Patients with right cardiac failure from pulmonary hypertension
5) Patients with congestive cardiac failure
6) Patients with untreated phaeochromocytoma
7) Patients with a previous history of hypersensitivity to components of landiolol hydrochloride
8) Patients with bronchial asthma
9) Patient with sick sinus syndrome(Including a pacemaker implantation)
10) Patient who is pregnant woman also possibility of pregnancy or nursing mother
11) Patient who is judged as inappropriate by doctor in attendance
