1) Movement Disorder Society Unified Parkinson’s Disease Rating Scale (MDS-UPDRS)、The Odor Stick Identification Test for the Japanese (OSIT-J)、MMSE、Beck Depression Inventory (BDI)、Parkinson's Disease Questionnaire-39 (PDQ-39)、基準嗅力検査（T&Tオルファクトメーター）による治療開始時と12週目または終了時の変化量．
2）抗パーキンニズム薬制限薬の追加増量、DBS設定変更等による試験終了となるまでの期間
3）耳鼻科診察所見

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
1)パーキンソン病と診断された患者MDS clinical diagnostic criteria for Parkinson’s diseaseの診断基準を満たす。
2)レボドパ製剤、ドパミンアゴニスト，他制限薬に入る抗パーキンソンニズム薬、脳深部刺激装置(DBS)の設定のいずれも4週間以内に変更、追加していないこと。
3)Modified Hoehn & Yahr重症度が4度以下。ウエアリングオフがある場合はオフ時に4度以下。
4)Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE)が20点以上25点以下であること。
（認知機能に変導がある場合は認知機能が最も低下していると思われる状態で評価した結果を選択に用いる）
5)入院・外来の別は問わないが、外来であることが望ましい。
6)介護者と同居または、トレーニングを監督する介助者がいること。
7)20歳以上であること。性別は問わない。
8)本研究に対して文書による同意が得られた患者。

6)Living with their caregivers
7)Age over 19, both women and men
8)Agreed with signed consent form

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1)認知症患者および本研究内容及び嗅覚トレーニングを理解できない患者。
2)パーキンソン症候群患者。
3)Modified Hoehn & Yahr重症度が５度。ウエアリングオフがある場合はオフ時に5度。
4)嗅覚異常を有する耳鼻科疾患、重篤な心・肺・腎・肝あるいは消化器疾患等を有している患者。
5)癌の既往のある患者、または癌などの重篤な疾患の治療中の患者。
6)妊娠中の患者。
7)過去に薬剤等で過敏症などの重篤な副作用が認められた患者。
8)その他、研究責任医師または研究分担医師が不適当と判断した患者。
