本研究では、若者になじみがあり、手軽なファストフードの牛丼や、コンビニで購入する朝食は、糖尿病合併症の原因にもなり得る糖化ストレスの蓄積という点において、どのような影響を及ぼすのかを、食後血糖値の変動を比較、解析し、明らかにすることを目的とする。

A fluctuation of a blood glucose level after meal by a bowl of rice topped with beef and the breakfast bought at a convenience store is compared and analyzed, and makes it clear what kind of influence to have in a point as accumulation of glycative stress.
