主な結果/Results

日本語
シェーグレン症候群に合併したドライアイ患者に対する、3％ジクアホソルナトリウム点眼の治療効果をレーザー生体共焦点顕微鏡検査にて評価したところ、角膜表層上皮細胞の密度および面積、角膜上皮下炎症細胞の密度、角膜上皮下神経線維の密度および形態異常に関して改善が認められていた。

The mean corneal superficial epithelial cell density and area, inflammatory cell density, corneal sub-basal nerve fiber density, and morphological abnormality of nerve fibers, examined by using in vivo laser-scanning confocal microscopy, were improved with topical diquafosol sodium treatment in the dry eye patients with Sjogren syndrome.
