目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1 単球サブセットが冠動脈プラークにどのような影響を与えるのかを調査する。
さらに、血糖変動と単球サブセット、冠動脈プラークの関連性があるかを検討する。		 This study aims to investigate the effect of monocyte subsets on coronary plaque properties, and to investigate the association of glucose fluctuation,inflammatory cells, immune cells assessd by flowcytometry and plaque properties.

評価/Assessment
主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes 1.冠動脈プラークの性状分析および定量評価(冠動脈造影検査、血管内超音波検査法あるいは光干渉断層映像法)
2.フローサイトメトリーで評価した単球とIVUS、OCTでの動脈硬化評価
3.血糖日内変動(MAGE、標準偏差など) 		1.Coronary plaque characteristics using the optical coherence tomography (OCT) and intravascular ultrasound(IVUS) and coronary angiography
2.Association between atherosclerosis assessed by IVUS or OCT and subsets of monocyte.
3.Circadian rhythm in the blood glucose using CGM
副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes 1.75gOGTT検査による血糖、IRI、CPR
2.頸動脈エコーによる頸動脈内膜肥厚(IMT)
3.血流依存性血管拡張反応（FMD）による血管内皮機能の評価
4.炎症マーカーの評価		 1.Glucose, IRI, CPR assesed by glucose tolerance test.
2.Intima- media thickness(IMT) assesed by carotid artery ultrasound.
3.Endothelial function assessed by FMD.
4.Inflammatory cell marker associated with arteriosclerosis.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria 後ろ向き研究
2015年4月以降に神戸大学循環器内科に入院した患者さんで、心臓カテーテル検査と末梢血単球のフローサイトメトリー解析をされた患者
Retrospective observational study.
Patinets who was undergone coronary angiography and monocytes subsets using flow cytometry after April 2015 in Kobe university
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria 1)腎障害（血清クレアチニン値 ≧ 2.0 mg/dL）を有する患者、あるいは、維持透析患者
2)中等症（NYHAⅢ度）以上の心不全患者
3)悪性腫瘍ならびに予後不良な重篤疾患を有する患者
4)妊婦又は妊娠している可能性のある婦人 		1)Patients with renal dysfunction(Creatinin level is more than 2.0mg/ml) or reciving hemodaialysis.
2)the patients who have had heart failure (NYHA >III)
3)patients with any malignant tumor or very ill condition
4)pregnant women or women at risk of becoming pregnant
