実験室にて8時間、安静座位を保つ。空腹時から2時間おきに8時間まで採血、1時間おきに8時間まで血圧を測定する。9時及び12時においてそれぞれ朝食と昼食を提供する

Participants rest 8h. Blood samples are collected in the fasted state and then every 2h until 8h, and blood pressure are collected in the fasted state and then every 1h until 8h. Participants consume a breakfast (09:00) and lunch (12:00).

実験室にて8時間、安静座位を保つ。10時から30分間、トレッドミルで早歩きを行う。空腹時から2時間おきに採血、1時間おきに血圧を測定する。9時及び12時においてそれぞれ朝食と昼食を提供する。

Participants rest 8h and walk briskly 30 min in the morning (10:00-10:30). Blood samples are collected in the fasted state and ten every 2h until 8h, and blood pressure are collected in the fasted state and then every 1h until 8h. Participants consume a breakfast (09:00) and lunch (12:00).

実験室にて8時間、安静座位を保つ。10時から16時30分までの間、1回90秒の歩行を計20回、早歩きと感じる速度にて行う。空腹時から2時間おきに採血、1時間おきに血圧を測定する。9時及び12時においてそれぞれ朝食と昼食を提供する。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

本試験への参加への同意が文書により得られた閉経後および空腹時中性脂肪値が150mg/dl以上の女性

英語
Postmenopausal and fasting triglyceride concentration above 150mg/dl women giving written informed consent.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1) 喫煙者であること
2) アレルギー性疾患を有している者、もしくは研究に関してアレルギーを引き起こす恐れのある者
3) 肝、腎、心、肺、消化器、血液、内分泌系および代謝系などに重篤な既往のあるもの、または現在治療中の者
4) 試験責任医師等により本試験参加に不適格と判断された者
5) 他の臨床試験に参加予定の者
6) 事前の血液測定の結果から、被験者として不適と判断された者

2)Subjects with a history of allergy or might be liable to allergy related to the study
3)Subjects who have serious historical disease, marked impairment, or treatment in the liver, kidney, heart, lung, gastrointestinal tract, blood, endocrine system, or metabolism system
4)Subjects who are ineligible due to physician's judgment
5)Subjects who participate in other clinical trials
6)Subjects who are ineligible due to a result of the prior blood measurement
