目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	腰部脊柱管狭窄症に対する除圧手術と、変形性膝関節症に対する人工膝関節置換術を対象として、手術治療法の移動機能（ロコモの尺度）への効果、医療経済価値からみた効果、およびその効果に年齢が及ぼす影響を明らかにすること。	To clarify -the impact of operations for lumbar decompression and total knee arthroplasty on the locomotive function and the medical economic effect -influence of the age on the effect

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes	術前と術後1年の運動器関連QOL質問票(GLFS-25)、QOL質問票(EQ-5D-5L)とレセプトデータ	Questionnaires on physical activity (GLFS-25), QOL questionnaire (EQ-5D-5L), and the data of health insurance claims. Preoperation and 1 year after operation.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	腰部脊柱管狭窄症 ・除圧術を待機手術で受けることになった症例 ・除圧術に際し、内固定材料を用いない症例 ・術後1年間、外来通院が可能な症例 変形性膝関節症 ・人工膝関節全置換術を待機手術で受けることになった症例 ・術後1年間、外来通院が可能な症例	Lumbar spinal canal stenosis 1) elective decompression without instrumentations 2) patients who we can do one-year follow-up study Osteoarthritis of the knee 1) elective total knee arthroplasty 2) patients who we can do one-year follow-up study
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	１）　他の重篤な合併症を有する症例 ２）　再手術例 ３）　過去1年以内に骨折治療歴、運動器への手術歴がある症例	1) patients who have severe complications 2) cases of the second surgery 3) patients who have locomotory surgical histories or fracture treatment within a year

その他関連情報/Other related information	ロコモティブシンドロームの主要疾患である腰部脊柱管狭窄症と変形性膝関節症について、手術療法の効果をロコモティブシンドロームの評価尺度によって評価する。また、医療経済面での評価を行う。	This study is aiming to reveal the effectiveness of operative intervention to lumbar canal stenosis and osteoarthritis of the knee, major diseases of locomotive syndrome. Health economical assessment will be also performed.
