胃癌に対する内視鏡的粘膜下層剥離術（ESD）後、異時性胃癌を内視鏡治療適応内で発見するために適切な内視鏡検査間隔を明らかとする。

日本語
早期胃癌ESD後、一定の割合で異時性胃癌が発生するため、定期的な内視鏡検査がおこなわれる。通常、異時性に発生する胃癌のサーベイランスとして、12ヵ月毎に実施することが多いが、異時性胃癌の0-15％で内視鏡治癒適応を超えて発見されている。そこでわれわれは、胃癌に対するESD後の上部消化管内視鏡検査を実施する間隔を6ヶ月と12ヶ月に割り付けて前向き試験を行い、検査間隔を短縮することにより内視鏡治療の適応外で発見される異時性胃癌の発生頻度を減らすことが可能か否かを検討する。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
初発の早期胃癌（腺癌）に対して自施設にてESDをおこない、病理組織学的に治癒切除と判断された患者。

英語
Patients who have been determined to curative resection with endoscopic therapy for the initial of early gastric cancer (adenocarcinoma).

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

過去にESD以外の胃癌の治療をうけたことがある患者。ESD治癒切除病変以外に、別の腫瘍性病変を有する患者。胃腺腫を有する患者。外科的な食道および胃切除歴のある患者。その他、研究責任者・研究担当者が対象として不適当と判断した患者。

Patients who have received a treatment of gastric cancer in the past. In addition to endoscopic resection healing lesions, patients with different tumor lesions. Patients with gastric adenoma. Patients with surgical esophagus and stomach resection history. Others, patients principal investigator and research personnel was judged to be inappropriate as a target.
