目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	強迫症を合併した成人の高機能自閉スペクトラム症患者に対する効果的な治療法を認知行動療法とスキーマ療法の両方を用いて使用し、治療の実行可能性を明らかにする。	This study is an exploratory investigation of the Feasibility of the combination of cognitive behavior therapy and schema therapy for patients diagnosed with obsessive compulsive disorders and autism spectrum disorders.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	主診断が自閉スペクトラム症 副診断が強迫症	Primary diagnosis in autism spectrum disorders Secoundary diagnosis is obsessive compulsive disorders
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	薬物乱用の既往歴、 切迫した自殺の危険性、 重篤な精神障害の入院適応、 重篤な身体疾患、 精神発達地帯および境界知能（IQ<80）	Individual with who have histories of substance abuse, active sucidality, severe mental and physical condition, intelligence quotient < 80.
