目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1 本研究の目的は、糖尿病およびその予備軍である一般労働者を対象として、ウェアラブル機器による自己行動測定と簡易血液検査によるセルフ・モニタリングが、健康行動（運動、受療行動）や健康アウトカム（体重、HbA1c等）にどのような効果があるかについて検証することである。 The purpose of this study is to evaluate, within an RCT, the feasibility and preliminary efficacy of integrating self-monitoring of physical activity by wearable trackers and plasma glucose level by self-examination of the blood for diabetic subjects.
