鎮静下内視鏡治療を受ける患者において、鎮静中の主たる呼吸異常パターンや主たる呼吸経路を同定し、鼻カヌラ圧測定のみで呼吸異常が同定できるかどうか検討する

本研究は、いすみ医療センターにて、鎮静下に内視鏡検査を行う成人患者20名を対象とする探索的前向き研究であるが、その解析方法や探索内容を検討するため後ろ向き調査も行う。鎮静下内視鏡治療中と治療後に、鼻カヌラ圧測定による鼻呼吸評価、温度センサーによる口呼吸評価を行い、主たる呼吸経路と呼吸異常のパターンを解析する。治療後の呼吸評価の対照群として、全身麻酔下手術後の成人患者10名も同様の測定を行う。侵襲性のある介入や患者割り付け、ブラインドによる解析などは行わない。いすみ医療センターで2014年から倫理委員会承認日までに、鼻カヌラによる呼吸モニターで、内視鏡治療に対する鎮静管理を行った患者を対象として、探索的後ろ向き調査も行う。

This is a prospective observation study exploring frequency and types of abnormal breathing and predominant route of breathing in 20 adult patients undergoing endoscopic therapy under sedation. 10 immediate-postoperative patients will be also invited as a reference of the breathing after sedation. In order to determine analytic plan for the prospective study, retrospective data analyses of patients who underwent the endoscopic therapy between 2014 and July 2016 will be performed.
