日本語
肝細胞癌をはじめとする肝癌においてICG蛍光法の有効性は多く報告されているが、ICG投与量やシステムにより認識率に統一した見解は未だにない。今回2つの異なるシステム間での腫瘍の認識率の相違、およびICG投与量による腫瘍認識率の相違を検討した。

It has been frequently reported the effectiveness of ICG fluorescence imaging in liver cancer, including Hepatocellular carcinoma. However there is still no consciousness in recognition rate by ICG dose and each systems. The difference of tumor recognition rate between two different systems and ICG dosages were investigated.
