運動クラブ活動時にアクティブ試験飲料を1日1本（500ml）、3ヶ月間摂取する。運動を行わない日は、日中活動時に摂取する。

・運動部に所属する女子大学生アスリート

-Female university student-athletes who belong to athletic clubs

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・肝、腎、心、肺、消化器、血液、内分泌系、神経系、甲状腺機能および代謝系等に重篤な疾患を有する者
・高脂血症用薬または血糖改善薬による治療を受けている者
・喫煙習慣のある者
・アルコール多飲者(アルコール換算20g/日以上)
・日常的にお茶、コーヒー、紅茶を６杯以上飲む者
・月経が３ヶ月以上ない者
・貧血がひどい者
・医師が被験者として不適切と判断した者

-A person who has had severe diseases or the past illness on liver, kidney, heart, lung, digestive organs, blood, endocrine, nerve and metabolic system.
-A Person who takes medication for glucose or fat metabolism, or hypertension.
-A smoker
-A heavy drinker (20g alcohol per day)
-A person who drink more than 6 cup of tea, coffee, green tea a day.
-A person who has stopped menstruating for 3 or more months.
-A person with severe anemia
-A person who are not eligible due to medical doctor's judgment.
