日本語
脂肪肝を疑われた患者で肝ダイナミック造影CTを依頼された患者を対象に、造影CTをdual-energy 撮像し、造影後のスキャンデータから再構成した仮想単純CT画像によって脂肪肝を検出しうるかどうかを明らかにする。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1）20 歳以上の患者
2）血液検査や超音波検査で脂肪肝を疑われた患者
3）登録前 4 週間、脂肪肝の治療がなされていない患者
4) 肝の針生検および肝造影CTが予定されている患者
5）本試験の参加に関して同意が文書で得られる患者

Patients who will undergo dynamic contrast-enhanced CT of the liver due to suspected or known fatty liver disease within 4 weeks prior to liver biopsy.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1) 検査の施行に重大な支障を来すと判断される合併症を有する症例(呼吸停止が困難、心拍数の変動が大きいなど)
2) 患者側（息止め困難）あるいは機器（造影剤の注入器や撮影装置の不具合）により、スキャンタイミングや画質が不適と判断された症例
3) 進行癌などで転移性肝癌、肝細胞癌が多発している患者
4) 肝の血行動態が肝実質の造影効果に大きく影響を及ぼしている症例(肝内門脈の血栓や腫瘍栓など)
5) その他、主治医が本研究に不適当と判断した患者および病変

Patients with severe comorbidities which can pose a problem for performing CT exam
Images with non-diagnostic image quality caused by presence of artifacts or inadequate scan timing
Multiple liver masses
Abnormal hemodynamics in the liver due to portal venous thrombosis, etc.
Patients ineligible for dynamic contrast-enhanced CT due to other reason

多施設と共同の前向き横断研究として、実施承認後より2017年8月31日までの期間、脂肪肝を疑われ肝ダイナミック造影CTを依頼された患者を対象に、造影CTをdual-energy 撮像し、造影後のスキャンデータから再構成した仮想単純CT画像の定性的・定量的評価を行い、脂肪肝を検出しうるかどうかを明らかにする。
