・妊娠転帰：早産率、巨大児率、低出生体重（２５００ｇ未満）児率、先天異常率
・分娩管理・分娩時合併症：緊急帝王切開率
・新生児管理・合併症：新生児低血糖率
・母体産後１年時の血糖コントロール状態（HbA1c）
・児1歳（９～１０月齢）時の児成長

以下の１）かつ３）、もしくは２）かつ３）を満たす女性
１）糖尿病専門施設（４．１）によって管理された糖尿病患者（1型、2型、その他）で妊娠が明らかになった女性
※一次施設からの妊娠成立後の紹介例も含める
２) 妊娠中に新基準(2015年8月)で“妊娠中の明らかな糖尿病（Overt diabetes in pregnancy）（75ｇ糖負荷試験は必ずしも必要としない）と診断された女性
３）日本語で個人質問票に回答できる

登録期間は、8年間とする。
2年間毎にプロトコールの見直しを行う。
分娩後12ヶ月までを母の追跡期間とする。
児は1歳までを追跡期間とする。
母体死亡の場合には、児の追跡もその時点で終了とする

Follow up period of mothers is 1 year postpartum.
Follow up period of infants is until first birthday.
In the case of maternal mortality, follow up of infant stop at that point in time
