選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
BMI が25 kg/m2 以上または腹囲が85 cm 以上（男性）もしくは90 cm 以上（女性）に該当し，且つ以下のいずれか1つ以上に該当する
①空腹時血糖　100 mg/dL以上またはHbA1c　5.2%以上
②血中中性脂肪　150 mg/dL以上またはHDLC　40 mg/dL未満
③収縮期血圧　130 mg/dL以上または拡張期血圧　85 mmHg以上

英語
A body mass index is 25 or more and waist circumference 85cm or more in males and 90cm or more in females, and the presence of at least one of the following conditions.
1. Fasting plasma glucose level 100mg/dL or more. Or HbA1c 5.2% or more.
2. Triglycerides level 150mg/dL or more. Or high-density lipoprotein cholesterol level less than 40mg/dL
3. Systolic blood pressure 130mmHg or more. Or diastolic blood pressure 85mmHg or more.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

②医師の判断により，食生活の改善による減量が禁忌である

2. Contraindication of weight loss for dietary modification at a physician's direction.
