健康診断の際に追加採血した血液試料を用いて、開発したホメオスタシス多視点評価システムにより血液の好中球活性能・食細胞貪食能・酸化LDL量の測定を行い、基礎データを蓄積する。

本試験は、ホメオスタシス多視点評価システムを用いて、ヒトの血液試料のデータを蓄積し、また問診票内容(喫煙、飲酒、常用薬、睡眠、運動、既往歴、食生活など)、理学的所見(年齢、BMI,体脂肪率、腹囲、血圧)、採血結果(赤血球数、白血球数、好中球数、ヘモグロビン、GOT、GPT、γ-GTP、ZTT、TTT、ALP、LDH、総ビリルビン、総蛋白、アルブミン、A/G比、アミラーゼ、尿酸、総コレステロール、HDLコレステロール、LDLコレステロール、中性脂肪、クレアチニン、BUN、ナトリウム、カリウム、クロール、カルシウム、空腹時血糖、HbA1c、糖負荷試験、HBs抗原、HCV抗体、CRP、血沈)、骨密度、尿検査(尿一般、沈渣)との相関性の評価を実施し、本システムの有用性を検証する目的とする。三宅セントラルパーククリニックで健診を受ける20歳以上の男女500名の血液を用いて、本開発システムで評価を行い、基礎データを蓄積する。

This study make a comparison multimodal analysis of homeostasis in human by developed system and medical examination for the purpose of verifying the utility of the present system. The participants (500 men and women) aged 20 or older were who undergo a medical examination at central park clinic. The blood collection for the participants. We plan to measure some item by this blood for the participants with the new developed system, to accumulate the basic data.
