目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
慢性痛患者において、痛みの程度が気象のどのパラメータと関係しているか、Visual Analogue Scale（VAS）を用いて測定する。また季節によって相違があるか、水滞スコア・気鬱スコアによる診断基準を満たす群とそうでない群との間で、痛みの程度に相違があるかを調べる。

In chronic pain patients, whether the degree of pain is associated with any parameter of the weather is measured using a Visual Analogue Scale (VAS).In addition, there are differences depending on the season or, in between the group is not the case with the group to meet the diagnostic criteria due to suitai score or kiutsu score, investigate whether there is a difference in the degree of pain.

観察期間中のVASの最高値は、受診当日の低い気圧、前日の低い湿度及び当日にかけての湿度上昇と有意に相関した
夏と冬における痛みの相違は認めなかった

The highest values of VAS during the observation period were significantly correlated with low air pressure on the day of visit, low humidity on the day before visit, and increased humidity on the day of visit.
There was no difference in pain between summer and winter.

対象：北海道大学病院麻酔科外来に通院し、ペインクリニックの治療を1年以上受けている札幌在住の成人

観察項目：診察時のVAS、前日同時刻のVAS、性別、年齢、身長、体重、疾患名、他科治療歴、合併症、既往症、水滞スコア、気鬱スコア、当日受診時と前日同時間の札幌の天気、気温、気圧、湿度
