日本語
本研究ではデキサメサゾンの添加は術後に疼痛を訴える割合を2/3に減少させる有意な因子であった．このデキサメサゾンの添加により鎮痛時間は5時間程度，延長することが判った．

英語
The present results showed that addition of dexamethsone to local anesthetics was significant factor for a relief of postsurgical shoulder pain. This effect of dexamethsone produced 5 hours longer duration of analgesia.
