行政や事業者などの支援を受けつつ、住民ボランティアが主体となり運営される地域サロン等の“集いの場”やIoT、PHRを活用した拠点を地域に増やすことで、それに参加した高齢者個人や、それが普及した地域の要介護認定率がどの程度抑制されるのかを明らかにする。
