術前の耐糖能が正常型あるいは境界型で、膵疾患に対して膵部分切除術を当院でうけた患者について、それぞれ術後の耐糖能の変化を前向き研究にて観察する。

観察期間内に当院肝胆膵外科にて膵切除をうけた患者（基礎疾患の種類は問わない）。
術前に化学療法、放射線治療を受けていない患者。

1.Patients who undergo a pancreatectomy operation for any pancreatic disease in our hospital.
2.Patients without chemotherapy and radiation therapy for pancreatic disease.

慢性膵炎
