日本語
通常の訪問看護では、患者の状態変化に対応する医師の指示を仰ぐ手段として、音声のみの電話もしくは帰任後の報告を用いる。これをテレビ電話に置き換えることで、指示を得る時間を短縮して、ケアの質を向上する。医師による訪問診療は、遠隔診療の有無に関わらず実施する。
介入期間は3ヶ月間、介入群と対照群は同数で合計100症例を評価する。

In the ordinary home nursing, nurses report by telephone only for sounds or after returning to office, to ask the instructions of the doctor .
To introduce the video phone for reporting, the time before getting instructions shortens, and quality of the care improves.
The intervention period for three months, and 100 cases in total are estimated.

疾病種類は問わない。
テレビ電話による介入が可能
テレビ電話が患者宅で安定的に稼働する。

Age 20 or older.
Currently home care patient.
No limitation in the disease.
Intervention by the video phone is possible.
Video phones are stably available in patients'home.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

医師と意思疎通が取れない患者
医師判断による不適当と判断された患者
文書で同意が取れない患者
