電気刺激装置を着用して，快適歩行で実施する。運動時間は30分間で、頻度は週に2から3回として、少なくとも36時間以上空けて実施する。期間は約12週間であるが運動の合計回数が36回までとなるように実施する。電気刺激を行わない対照群として行う。

The subject is instructed to walk at self-selected speed with electrical stimulation device twice or 3 times a week. One excercise takes 30 minites and performs at intervals of more than 36 hours. We set three groups. This group is control group without electrical stimulation in walking.

介入2/Interventions/Control_2

電気刺激装置を着用して，快適歩行で実施する。運動時間は30分間で、頻度は週に2から3回として、少なくとも36時間以上空けて実施する。期間は約12週間であるが運動の合計回数が36回までとなるように実施する。歩行中の毎立脚時に大腿四頭筋とハムストリングスに電気刺激を行う。

1.一次性変形性膝関節症患者（KL grade Ⅰ～Ⅳ）
2.40歳以上
3.独歩が自力で可能な者

4.歩行に影響する手術歴
5.関節リウマチ
6.コントロールできていない高血圧
7.皮膚疾患や筋骨格系疾患
