本研究の目的は，異なる２つの素材のナイトガードを用い，睡眠中の筋活動及び脳波を測定し，ナイトガードの使用が睡眠の質やブラキシズムイベントにどのような影響を与えるか検討する．

The purpose in this study is, by measuring masticatory muscle activities and EEG during sleep by Nightguard with different materials for Sleep Bruxism patients, to research how the impact on bruxism events and sleep quality due to use of Nightguard.

睡眠時ブラキシズムに関するアンケートを行い，睡眠時ブラキシズムを有すると判断した者

A person who has been diagnosed with Sleep Bruxism.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
過去にナイトガードの使用歴がある者，その他の睡眠障害を有する者，顎関節症など口腔顔面領域に異常を有する者，多数歯欠損を有する者

A person who has been use history of Nightguard.
A person who has been diagnosed with other Sleeping disorder.
A person who has been not normal about orofacial areas.A person who has been many teeth missing.
