目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
中国におけるB型及びC型慢性肝炎患者に対し、研究者が構築したself-management教育プログラムを実施することにより、肝炎患者の自己管理能力及びQOL得点が改善・向上し、肝炎の再発・悪化の予防効果を測定する。

We have developed the self-management education program for patients with chronic hepatitis B and C in China. The purpose of this study is to evaluate efficacy of our program in regard to improvement of self-management skills and QOL of the patients, and discuss that this program can be used for preventing recurrence of aggravation.

研究者により、患者に対して、入院中2回の自己管理教育を実施し、退院後の6月間、電話による追加教育をする。

The reseacher implements self-management education for patients 2 times when they are inhospitalized. After discharge, the researcher makes phone calls to them once evevry month for 6 months.

During hospitalization,the patients receive usual health education by staff nurses. The researcher provides the self-manangement textbook and a brief introduction to patients. Then, the patients study it by themselves.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
1.慢性B型肝炎及び慢性C型肝炎の診断を受けた患者
2.18歳以上の患者
3.治療内容は問わない（インタフェーロン治療実施中も含む）
4.退院後にも継続して電話指導を受けられる者（家に電話または携帯電話を有する者）
5.経済状況は問わない。
6.入院回数は問わない。

1.Patients who have been diagnosised as chronic hepatitis B or C.
2.Patients aged 18 years old and over.
3.No limitation on patient's treatment contents (including patients on Interferon treatment).
4.Patients who can be contacted by telephone after discharge.
5.No limitation on patient's economic condition.
6.No limitation on times of patient's hospitalization.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1.慢性ウイルス性肝炎以外の肝炎：急性肝炎、アルコール性肝炎，肝硬変，肝臓がん、
腹水がある者。B型及びC型以外のタイプのウイルス性肝炎。
2.主治医により判断した肝臓機能に影響する疾病は除外する：他の感染症を有する者（例：HIV、TB他）、腎臓透析、妊娠中、透析中など。
3.診療記録にうつ病の診断のある者
4.認知機能の低下がある者（MMSE　27点以下）
5.その他、研究責任医師または研究分担医師が本研究を実施するのに不適当と認めた患者。

1.Patients having liver diseases other than chronic hepatiis B and C.
2.Patients who have diseases which affect on liver function, judged by primary physicians.
3.Patients having a diagnosis of depression.
4.Patients having cognitive impairments (MMSE <=27).
5.Patients whose primary physicians and/or research-in-charge physicians judge the patient is not appropriate for implimentation.
