労働生産性（WPAIスコア）、月経やうつ病に関連する疾患の発生率、うつ状態（PHQ-9スコア）。アプリ使用開始前、開始後1か月目、2か月目、3か月目に測定する。

2) 職業回答欄で、「会社員」「会社役員・管理職」「公務員・団体職員」「自営業」「自由業・専門職」「派遣・契約職員」のいずれかを選び、かつ、「フルタイム勤務である」、を選んだ者
3) あなたは現在、妊娠していますか、という質問に「妊娠していない」と答えた者
4) 女性向けアプリのうち、試験対象となるアプリのダウンロードや会員登録をしたことがない者
5) スマートフォンを使用している者

1) Aged between 20 and 45.
2) Selected as full-time worker, and one of the following answers: office worker, company executive, public servant, self-employment, professional, or temporary employee/contract worker.
3) Answered as non-pregnant.
4) Had never downloaded the app used in the trial nor applied for membership of the app.
5) Smartphone user.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1) 20歳未満または46歳以上
2) 職業回答欄で、「パート・アルバイト」、「学生」、「専業主婦」、「その他」のいずれかを選んだ者
3) フルタイム勤務ではない者（短時間勤務、非常勤勤務など）
4) あなたは現在、妊娠していますか、という質問に「妊娠している」と答えた者
5) 女性向けアプリのうち、試験対象となるアプリのダウンロードや会員登録をしたことがある、と回答した者
6) スマートフォンを使用していない者

1) Aged less than 20 or more than 46.
2) Selected as one of the following answers: part-time worker, student, housewife, or others.
3) Not full-time worker.
4) Answered as pregnant.
5) Had downloaded the app used in the trial or applied for membership of the app.
