OCT angiographyと言われる非侵襲的に黄斑部の微小血管を高解像度で観察できる機械を用いて、片眼のみ黄斑円孔である眼の網膜の浅層と深層における無血管領域を術前と術後６か月後の大きさを層別に比較し、対側眼をコントロール群とし、どの層が黄斑円孔の形成に影響しているかを比較検討すること。

To analyze the foveal avascular zone area (FAZ) in macular hole (MH) patients preoperatively and 6 months postoperatively at the superficial vascular and deep vascular layer levels, for comparison with a control group using OCT angiography.

屈折値が-6Dを超える眼で、他の網膜疾患の既往がある眼。

片眼でかつ黄斑円孔以外に疾患の無い症例で、手術されかつOCT angiographyを用いて、術前後で撮影され、解析するに値する画像が限られた期間内で得られた14眼を検討した。記述統計であり、無血管領域の面積の比較には術前後で対応のあるt検定を用いた。また、対側眼との無血管領域の面積の比較には対応のないt検定を用いた。Stat View (SAS Institute Inc., Cary, NC, USA)を用いて解析を行った。

We retrospectively studied 14 eyes of 14 consecutive patients with unilateral MH without a history of other retinal diseases who underwent vitrectomy with pre- and postoperative OCTA images of good quality. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. We used the paired t test to analyze the correlations among FAZ areas in the superficial and deep layers pre- and postoperatively. The unpaired t test was employed to analyze the MH and the findings in the fellow eye. Statistical analyses were performed using Stat View (SAS Institute Inc., Cary, NC, USA).
