1.非咀嚼期の３日間は、朝食・昼食・夕食は指定のものを飲食し、夕食前には野菜ジュースを飲む。
2.１週間以上のウォッシュアウト期間を置く。
3.咀嚼期として３日間、朝食・昼食・夕食は指定のものを飲食時、夕食前には10分間サラダを咀嚼する。

2. A wash out period (over a 1-week period)
3. To eat assigned meals ( 3 times per day ), and to mastication by salad vegetable before dinner 3days (mastication period).

1.咀嚼期の３日間は、朝食・昼食・夕食は指定のものを飲食し、夕食前には10分間サラダを咀嚼する。
2.１週間以上のウォッシュアウト期間を置く。
3.非咀嚼期の３日間は、朝食・昼食・夕食は指定のものを飲食し、夕食前には野菜ジュースを飲む。

Subjects who sign an informed consent form to participate in the study.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1.咀嚼困難者
2.MRIの禁忌状態 (心臓ペースメーカー、体内にMRI非対応性の金属が埋められているなど)
3.過度の喫煙及びアルコールの常用者ならびに食事、睡眠などの生活習慣が極度に不規則な者
4.内臓脂肪に影響のあるサプリメント・健康食品常用者
5.その他、研究責任者が被験者として不適切と判断した者

1. Subjects who having difficulty in mastication.
2. Contraindication of MRI exam. (Subjects who have a heart pacemaker, metallic foreign body, metallic devices.)
3. Heavy smokers and alcohol addicts, or subjects with irregular lifestyle.
4. Subjects routinely on supplementation which would affect the visceral fat.
5. Any others judged ineligible as a subject by the investigator.
