2.患者が告知を受けていること
3.調査期間中に緩和ケア病棟に入院された患者の家族
4.患者が主たる介護者と認める家族

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
（患者側の条件）
1.患者より口頭で拒否があった場合
2.19歳以下
3.入院後48時間以内に退院された場合
4.2回以上調査期間中に入院し、一度調査対象となっている場合
(家族介護者側の条件)
5.19歳以下
6.生活に支障を来す精神症状（重度の認知機能障害、重度の抑うつ状態）があり、研究への協力が困難と主治医が判断した場合
7.日本語の理解が困難な場合
8.家族介護者より本研究への参加を拒否する意思表示があった場合

緩和ケア病棟に入院中のがん患者の家族介護者の精神的健康度、これまでに受けてきた医療に対する認識について自記式質問票を用いて調査を実施する。
その他、精神的健康度の関連要因として、レジリエンスやコーピングスタイル、介護負担、背景因子（性別や年齢、宗教観、ソーシャルサポート等）に関する項目を調査する。

We will do this survey with the questionnaire in some palliative care units in Japan. In the questionnaire, we will check family caregivers' psychiatric needs, their perceptions about patients' status and care, resilience, coping strategy, caregiving burden, social support, religious belief, and background information.
