選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

グループ1:非糖尿病患者
グループ2:2型糖尿病患者で試験参加時のHbAlc（NGSP）が13.0％以下
サブグループ2-1:「糖尿病神経障害を考える会」簡易診断基準に基づき、糖尿病神経障害なしの患者20人。
サブグループ2-2:「糖尿病神経障害を考える会」病期分類に基づき、Ⅱ～Ⅴ期の各病期10人ずつ。

Group 1: non-diabetic patients
Group 2: type 2 diabetic patients with HbA1c<=13.0%
Subgroup 2-1: without diabetic polyneuropathy
Subgroup 2-2: with diabetic polyneuropathy
Diagnosis of diabetic polyneuropathy is based on "simplified diagnostic criteria of diabetic polyneuropathy and suggested staging" proposed from the consensus of the Japanese study group of diabetic neuropathy

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1．妊婦及び授乳婦
2．1型糖尿病、その他の特定の機序・疾患による糖尿病患者
3．糖尿性ケトアシドーシスの合併がある患者
4．重症感染症、手術前後、重篤な外傷のある患者
5．体内埋め込み型電子機器（ペースメーカー、除細動器、人工内耳）の装着者
6．ステロイド剤の全身投与を受けているまたは導入される可能性がある患者
7．悪性腫瘍の既往がある患者又は現在合併している患者
8．医師が本試験の対象として不適当と判断した患者

2. Type 1 diabetes, other types of diabetes
3. Suffering from diabetic ketoacidosis
4. Severe infection, Severe injuries
5. Implanted a pacemaker, a defibrillator, or cochlear implant
6. Treatment with steroids
7. Current/Past malignancy
8. Inappropriate patients for entry on this study in the judgement of the investigator
