矯正治療が必要と診断された患者
症候群がない
下顎骨関節突起発育不全等の先天性疾患がない
重症筋無力症、筋ジストロフィなどの筋骨格系疾患がない
神経障害性疼痛などの神経系疾患がない
関節リウマチ等の筋骨格に関わる自己免疫疾患がない
頭蓋顔面に外傷の既往がない
義歯を装着していない
MR画像が鮮明である
顎関節浸出液 下顎頭の変形、腫瘍、嚢胞がない

The patient who diagnosed as an orthodontic treatment is necessary
no syndrome
no congenital or growth abnormality such as hypoplasia of the condylar process
no musculoskeletal disease such as muscular dystrophy and myasthenia gravis
no disease of nervous system such as neuropathic pain
no autoimmune disease such as rheumatoid arthritis
no previous history of trauma to the head or face
no occlusion with denture
clear MR image of TMJ
no joint effusions
no condylar fractures or neoplasms

対照群は正常咬合を持つ東北大学歯学部学生およびスタッフから募集する。
