知識・認識を問う全ての質問項目で、研修後は前より点数が上昇した。
　研修目標3点を達成できたとする人は100％であり、研修に満足できたとする人は99％であった。事例で学ぶ親子の生活理解や産科医療機関との連携は99％の人が理解しやすかったと回答した。

In all questions of knowledge and awareness, scoures increased after the training from
berore.
All of the respondents reported that they were able to achieve the training goal of 3points. Almost all respodents were satisfied with the training, Almost all of the paticipants answerd that understanding the lives of parents and children and ccoperation with maternity hospitals, which they learned through case studies, were easy to understand.

参加者背景/Baseline Characteristics

研究参加者は、助産師173名（88.3%）、看護師23名（11.7%）であった。年齢は23歳～64歳、平均41.6歳であった。産科経験年数は1～38年、平均14.3年であった。

Study participants included 173 midwives (88.3%) and 23 nurses (11.7%). Their ages ranged from 23 to 64 years, with a mean of 41.6 years. Years of obstetric experience ranged from 1 to 38 years, with a mean of 14.3 years.

２．参加希望者はemailで申し込む。
３．先着順で受講者が決定する。
４．受講者は研修日に会場へ行き、研修を受ける。
５．研修前後の質問紙調査に回答する。

研修後の評価項目は以下である。
「研修目標の達成度」3項目、「研修に関する評価」９項目。
