選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
ⅰ）年齢20歳以上の患者。
ⅱ）早期食道癌に対するESD治療後に発生した食道狭窄を伴う患者。
ⅲ）原則として以下のとおり主要臓器機能が保たれている患者
　（登録前1ヶ月以内のデータ）。
白血球数≧4,000/μL，≦10,000/μL
血小板数≧100,000/μL
血清AST(GOT)およびALT(GPT)≦100IU/L
血清総ビリルビン≦2.0mg/dL
血清クレアチニン≦2.0mg/dL
ただし，上記を満たさない理由が原病に基づくと考えられる場合には研究代表者の判断により選択可能とする。
ⅳ）文書にて同意の得られた患者。
ⅴ）女性の場合：手術､放射線あるいは閉経により妊娠の可能性が否定されるか、あるいは研究開始から研究終了後まで､是認した避妊方法の使用によって妊娠の可能性が軽減できること。

1) Patients over 20 years of age.
2) Patients with esophageal stricture that occurred after ESD treatment for early esophageal cancer.
3) In principle, patients whose major organ functions are maintained as follows
(Data within one month before registration).
White blood cell count > 4,000 / uL, < 10,000 / uL
Platelet count > 100,000 / uL
Serum AST (GOT) and ALT (GPT) < 100 IU / L
Serum total bilirubin < 2.0mg / dL
Serum creatinine < 2.0mg / dL
However, if it is considered that the reason for not satisfying the above is based on the primary disease, it can be selected at the discretion of the principal investigator.
4) Patients with written consent.
5) For women: Surgery, radiation, or menopause can rule out the possibility of pregnancy, or the use of approved contraceptive methods can reduce the chance of pregnancy from the start of the study to the end of the study.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
ⅰ）コントロール不良の合併症を有する患者
（心疾患，肝疾患、腎疾患、脳梗塞など）。
ⅱ）妊娠，授乳婦及び妊娠の可能性（意思）のある患者。
ⅲ）重篤な薬物アレルギーの既往のある患者。
ⅳ）感染症（B型肝炎、C型肝炎、HIV、HTLV-1、梅毒）に感染している患者。
ⅴ）組織採取部位の口腔粘膜に疾患があり、採取不能な患者。
ⅵ）その他，研究代表者が不適当と判断した患者。

I) Patients with complications of poor control
(Heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, cerebral infarction, etc.).
I) Pregnancy, breastfeeding, and patients with the possibility of pregnancy (will).
I) Patients with a history of severe drug allergies.
Ii) Patients infected with infectious diseases (hepatitis B, hepatitis C, HIV, HTLV-1, syphilis).
I) Patients who have a disease in the oral mucosa of the tissue collection site and cannot be collected.
Ii) Other patients who are judged inappropriate by the principal investigator.
