本研究の目的は人間ドック症例多数例に眼底血流測定をLaser speckle flowgraphy （LSFG）で測定しデータベースを構築することで正常値を設定すること、その他項目と多数例で相関を検討することで従来の眼底写真による動脈硬化判定に取って代る新規の眼科健診システムを提唱する。

The purpose of this study was to make a normal cutoff level of evaluation items of ocular circulation by Laser speckle flowgraphy (LSFG) in many cases of Subjects of thorough medical checkup.
We propose a novel ophthalmologic physiological examination system which replaces arteriosclerosis judgment by the fundus photograph of the eye.

人間ドック受診者を対象にLaser speckle flowgraphyで眼底血流測定を行い種々のパラメータとの関連を検討する。健常人における正常値の設定を行う。
