近年、わが国で腎臓病、糖尿病などの患者は上昇し続けており、国民の健康に対する把握は極めて重要な位置を占めている。
全身疾患治療においての血流変化等を測定することでそのデータから、眼血流を測定することで全身状態の変化を捉えることができる可能性がある。
今回、対象者の眼底血流を経時的に広範囲かつ非侵襲下で測定することができ造影剤を使用しないため、患者さん自身にほとんど負担をかけることがない。
対象疾患に対する定量的な眼底血流動態を把握すると同時に、測定機器の臨床面での有用性と今後の可能性を検討する。

In recent years, patients such as kidney disease and diabetes have been increasing in Japan, and grasp of public health is an extremely important position.
By measuring changes in blood flow etc. in the treatment of systemic diseases, it is possible to capture changes in the general state by measuring the ocular blood flow from the data.
This time we can measure the fundus blood flow of the subject under a wide range and non-invasive with time and do not use the contrast medium, so we will not put a burden on patients themselves.
In addition to grasping the quantitative fundus blood flow dynamics for the target disease, at the same time, we examine clinical usefulness and future possibilities of measuring instruments.
