主な結果/Results

日本語
対照群とトランス酸群との間で、血糖、インスリン、HbA1c、HOMA-β及びHOMA-Rにおいて有意な差は認められなかった。収縮期血圧及び拡張期血圧においても群間で有意な差は認められなかった。赤血球中のトランス酸量は、対照群に比べてトランス酸群で有意に高い値を示した。本結果より、一般成人女性が1.5％E程度のトランス酸を摂取しても糖代謝マーカー及び血圧に対して大きな影響は及ぼさないことが示唆された。

No significant difference was observed in blood glucose, insulin, HbA1c, HOMA-beta and HOMA-R between the control group and the trans acid group. No significant difference was observed between the groups in systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure. The amount of trans acid in erythrocytes was significantly higher in the trans acid group than in the control group.
