12週間の甘酒摂取（アルコール分を含まないフリーズドライ粉末，約50 g/日）とレジスタンス運動クラスへの参加（週1回・90分＋自宅運動）

Amazake (a sweet rice wine lees drink) and guided resistance exercise for 12 weeks.
- Amazake supplementation: approximately 50 g/day, non-alcohol, freeze-dried powder made from rice wine lees.
- Exercise: participation of guided resistance exercise class (90 min/w) and additional home exercise

2) 年齢65歳以上
3) １年以上、ストレッチなどの運動を行っている者
4) 本試験の目的・内容について十分な説明を受け、同意能力があり、よく理解した上で自発的に試験に参加を志願した者で、書面で本試験への参加に同意した者
5) 定められた方法で被験品の取り扱いを遵守できる者
6) 試験実施関係者に従うことが可能である者

4. Having provided voluntary written consent for participation in this study
5.Able to receive and take experimental supplements
6. Able to follow the instructions of the research team member

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1)医師より運動を禁止されている疾患（心臓病など）を持っている者
2)医師より認知症の診断を受けている者／認知症治療薬を飲んでいる者
3)摂取するサプリメントの原料に対する食物アレルギーがある者
4)研究チームが研究に参加するのに不適当と判断した者

1. Prohibited from doing exercise by a doctor (cardiovascular disease or other)
2. Already diagnosed as dementia by a physician or prescribed drugs for treating dementia
3. Already received nursing care certification in the Long-Term Care Insurance Law
4. Having food allergy to materials or ingredients of experimental supplement
5. Judged by the investigator/project leader to be ineligible for other reason
