3次元シネ位相コントラスト法はデータ収集方法の差によってCartesian と non-Cartesian という異なる方法が用いられている。このほど、GE ヘルスケア社では、スタンフォード大学のものと同じ Cartesian法 のデータ収集法による3次元シネ位相コントラスト磁気共鳴画像法を開発したので、導出パラメータに両者で差があるかを共同で研究する。

There are mainly two different techniques used for acquisition of 3D cine PC MR data; Cartesian acquisition technique and non-Cartesian radial acquisition technique.
Recently GE healthcare company has brought out a 3D cine PC MRI sequence that uses Cartesian acquisition technique. This sequence was based on a Cartesian 3D cine PC MRI developed by Stanford University, which is called 4D Flow in a narrow sense. Wisconsin University has also developed a 3D cine PC MRI with non-Cartesian radial data acquisition called PC-VIPR.
The purpose of this joint study is to compare and investigate the consistency of the 3D cine PC MRI data using the Cartesian methods and the non-Cartesian method.

Cartesian法とnon-Cartesian法でデータ収集した血管の流速測定ならびに流速から派生する各種パラメータ（wall shear stress, oscillatory shear index, gradient oscillatory number）。

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1.MR撮影ができない者(閉所恐怖症の者、MR非対応のデバイスが体内に埋込まれて
いる者など)
2.心大血管疾患など血管疾患の既往のある者
3.撮影範囲に外科手術、ステントグラフト内挿術、金属コイルがある者
4.妊婦及び妊娠している可能性のある女性

1.People who can not take MRI(for example,people who have claustrophobia,devices which is unsupported for MRI,etc)
2. People who have past history of cardiovascular or arterial disease.
3. People who have past history of operation, stentgraft, metallic coil in the imaging area.
4.Woman who is pregnant or may be pregnant
