本研究の目的は、Cardiac pool subtractionを併用した心筋梗塞診断における心筋遅延造影CT画像の有用性を、遅延造影MRIと比較して検討する事である。

対象は2015年3月から2017年5月までの期間において、虚血性心疾患など循環器疾患が疑われ心臓CTおよび心臓MRIを施行された患者を対象とする。

Study population includes the patients who underwent cardiac CT and MRI suspected of coronary artery disease from March 2015 to May 2017.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

１）急性心筋梗塞
２）心筋症
３）慢性心房細動
４）重度の心機能障害(左室駆出率<20%)
５）その他、試験担当医師が試験に不適当と判断した患者

Cardiomyopathy
Chronic atrial fibrillation
Severe cardiac dysfunction (EF<20%)
Patients with other inappropriate factors for this study
