基礎水準期1か月、操作期2か月、フォローアップ期1か月と設定して介入をする。施設高齢者の個人シートのデータ収集は、研究者がケア提供者から情報を得て行う。施設高齢者の調査内容は、個人属性は、年齢・性別・現病歴・既往歴、内服状況、要介護度、施設入所期間、施設入所に至る理由を記載する。
ケアモデル介入前後の情報収集時期は、高齢施設利用者のBPSDスコアは基礎水準期4・1週、操作期1・2・4・6・8週目の5回、フォローアップ期1・4週である。調査項目は、老人用うつ尺度（GDS）、自尊感情（PGCモラールスケール）、認知機能（MMSE、BPSDスコア）、日常生活自立度（認知症高齢者日常生活自立度、障害高齢者日常生活自立度、要介護度）である。
ケア提供者の調査項目は、リアノプ指数と介護負担度を基礎水準期1・4週目、操作期1・2・4・6・8週目、フォローアップ期1・4週目に測定とする。その他の調査項目のデータ収集時期は、平成29年8月から12月までである。調査項目は、生きがい（生きがい意識尺度）、介護負担度（Zarit介護負担度日本語版　J-ZBL）、心理測定（リアノプ指数）、職業性ストレス（JCQ）である。

We set it with one month for the follow-up period and intervene for two months for the operation period for one month for the basic standard period. A researcher conducts the data collection of the personal seat of elderly people in institution with information from a care provider. The investigation contents of elderly people in institution describe a reason to reach the institution entrance during age, sex, a clinical history, a medical history, the internal use situation, a need of nursing care degree, an institution entrance period in the personal attribute. For intelligence time before and after the care model intervention, the BPSD score of the elderly institution user is 1.4 weeks for the five times of eyes, a follow-up phase for1.2.4.6.8 week for the operation period for 4.1 weeks for the basic standard period. For the data collection time of other investigation items, we wrote it down in table 2. The investigation item is a depression standard (GDS) for old men, self-esteem (PGC moral survey scale), a cognitive function (MMSE, BPSD score), an everyday life independence degree (elderly people with dementia everyday life independence degree, elderly people with disorder everyday life independence degree, need of nursing care degree). The investigation item of the care provider does rianopu index and a care burden degree with measurement to eyes for 1.4 weeks for eyes, a follow-up phase for 1.2.4.6.8 week for eyes, the operation period for 1.4 weeks for the basic standard period.For the data collection time of other investigation items, it is from August, 2017 to December.

主な結果/Results

日本語
利用者21名、ケア提供者26名に対しての結果を示す。利用者の介入前後を比較した結果、Wilcoxon検定の順位検定で有意に上昇がみられたのはMMSEのみであった。
ケア提供者の介入前後を比較した結果、職業性ストレスの（身体状態）、仕事の満足度、生きがい意識、ケア実施頻度が有意に上昇した。また、指尖脈波の最大リアプノプ指数はFriedman検定においても、介入により有意に上昇した。

Results are shown for 21 users and 26 care providers. As a result of comparing before and after the intervention by the user, only MMSE showed a significant increase in rank test of Wilcoxon test.
As a result of comparing before and after the care provider's intervention, occupational stress (physical condition), job satisfaction, a sense of desire to live, care frequency frequently increased. The maximum Lyapunov exponent of the finger pulse wave also increased significantly by the intervention in the Friedman test.
