進行期の血液腫瘍患者への個人インタビューにより、進行期の血液腫瘍患者が自身の治療・人生・生活において輸血療法をどのようなものと捉えているか、いつ・どのような場合に中止したい／してもよいと考えているか、その場合はいつ・どのように医療従事者に伝えたいか／伝えられたいかの希望を明らかにし、進行期の血液腫瘍患者における輸血療法について検討する。

血液腫瘍の進行期である者
化学療法による治癒が望めないことを主治医から伝えられ、了承している者
定期的な輸血療法を受けている者

Advanced blood tumor patients.
Patients who were told their disease is not curerable from the doctor.
Patients receiving regular blood transfusion.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
日本語によるコミュニケーションができない者
身体症状や精神症状により、研究の実施が望ましくないと主治医が判断した者
悪性腫瘍であることを伝えられていない者
化学療法による治癒が望めないことを伝えられていない者(ただし予後に関しては明確に伝えられて
いなくてもよい)
急性期の出血や貧血に対する姑息的な輸血療法を受けている者

Patients who can not speak Japanese.
Patients who do not know anout their disease and future prospects.
Patients recieving temporary blood transfusion because of active bleeding and anemia.
