過活動膀胱もしくは腹圧性尿失禁と診断され、薬物投与や手術治療を回避したいと希望する患者を対象とする

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

１）循環器疾患を合併する患者
２）重度の肺疾患を有する患者
３）尿路症状が神経因性の患者
４）3度以上の骨盤臓器脱の患者
５）妊娠中の患者

主な結果/Results

日本語
施術を行った患者に有意に腟展退性の改善を認めt。
参加者19名中、失禁のない患者9名と失禁のある患者10名に分けて解析を行った。
腟健康指数は失禁のない患者で有意に改善した。失禁を有する患者では改善傾向にあった。
失禁のない患者に比較し、失禁のある患者でOABSSスコアの改善するものを多く認めた（有意差なし）
失禁のある患者ではICIQ-SFで有意に改善を認めた。
重篤な有害事象は認めなかった。

Significant improvement in vaginal withdrawal was observed in the treated patients.
Of the 19 participants, 9 patients without incontinence and 10 patients with incontinence were divided into the analysis.
The vaginal health index improved significantly in patients without incontinence. Patients with incontinence tended to improve.
Many patients with incontinence improved their OABSS scores compared to patients without incontinence (no significant difference).

腟、尿道部を含む前庭部、小陰唇にレーザー照射を行う　（手技名；モナリザタッチ）
4週毎に計3回

Percutaneous anesthesia to the vulva (about 10 minutes)
Laser irradiation of the vagina, vestibule including urethra, and labia minora (procedure name; Mona Lisa Touch)
3 times in total every 4 weeks
