本研究の目的は、抑うつ障害、不安障害および適応障害を主診断とする休職者を対象に、仕事に焦点化した認知行動療法と職場連携を中核とした復職支援プログラムによる介入を実施し、その効果を対照群を設けない単群の前後比較試験により検討することである。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

１） DSM-5におけるうつ病、持続性抑うつ障害、特定不能の抑うつ障害、限局性恐怖症、社会不安症、パニック症、広場恐怖症、全般不安症、特定不能の不安症、および適応障害を主診断とする休職者（医師の診断による）
２） 復職への明確な意志がある者
３） 復職支援プログラムへの参加と研究協力を主治医および所属職場から許可された者
４） 1週間のトライアル期間において、週3日のプログラム実施日のうち2日以上、終日参加が可能であった者
５） エントリー時点で20歳以上65歳未満である者

2. Those who have clear will to return to work
3. Those who have a permission from attending physician and workplace to participate in the Rework program and the research
4. Those who could attend the program 2 days or more out of 3 days during a week trial
5. Those who aged from 20 to 64 inclusive, at the point of entry

２） その他プログラム参加が不適切と判断された者
