疼痛の質につきShort-Form McGill Pain Quetionnaire 2(SF-MPQ-2)、疼痛に関する認知につきPain Catastrophizing Scale (PCS)、自己効力感につきPain Self-Efficacy Questionnaire (PSEQ)、身体症状を持つ患者の不安および抑うつ症状につきHospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS)、身体症状による負担感につきSomatic Symptom Scale－8（SSS－8）、行動活性化および行動抑制の評価につきBehavioral Approach System / Behavioral Inhibition System Scales (BAS/BIS Scales)、注意の制御能力につき Effortful Control Scale for Ad1ults (ECS)、慢性疼痛による生活障害につきPain Disability Assessment Scale (PDAS)、生活の質につきEuroQol-5 Dimensions-5 Level (EQ-5D-5L)を施行する

1)いたみセンター外来を受診した外来患者である
2)身体疾患などの器質的要因のみでは説明困難な疼痛と診断されている
3)3か月以上疼痛が持続している。

1)outpatients of pain center in Nogoya City University Hospital
2)chronic pain without organic disease
3)more than three months durartion

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
DSM-5（Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition）にて、発達障害、精神病性障害、双極性障害、物質関連障害等が診断される、または強く疑われる。

developmental disorder, current psychosis, bipolar disorder and substance-use disorder.
