主要動脈合併切除・再建が終了した時点でジアグノグリーン2.5mg/1mlを静脈注射し、再建動脈および肝血流あるいは腸管血流につきICG近赤外光観察を施行する。

2) 本試験の被験者になることを本人より文書での同意が得られている症例

主な結果/Results

日本語
動脈が関与する膵臓頸部/体がん（PNBC）では、膵臓、動脈、門脈の複合切除が必要になることがよくあります。前向きに登録された連続した9人のPNBC患者が登録され、全員が総肝動脈一括切除術（PD-CHAR）を伴う膵頭十二指腸切除術を受けた。再建血管・臓器の術中インドシアニングリーン蛍光イメージングによる血流評価によりPD-CHARの安全性を検討した。PD-CHAR を受けた患者には重篤な合併症はありませんでした。全患者に動脈/門脈併用切除・再建術を施行した。

Nine prospectively-registered consecutive patients with PNBC were enrolled, all underwent pancreatoduodenectomy with common hepatic artery en-bloc resection (PD-CHAR). We investigated the safety of PD-CHAR by blood flow evaluation with intraoperative indocyanine green fluorescence imaging in reconstructed vessels/organs. Results: Among patients who underwent PD-CHAR, there was no severe morbidity. Artery/portal vein combined resection and reconstruction was performed in all patients.
