目的/Objectives

目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
平成15年5月30日より平成24年4月30日までに当院及び諏訪中央病院にて前向きに手術方法をランダム化して決定し、手術を施行した第4腰椎変性すべり症患者の成績を評価し、それぞれの手術の有効性について前向きに比較研究する。評価法として、JOAスコア、痛みの痛みのVisual analog scale、急性期の合併症、経年変化に伴う合併症、画像評価としてXp、CT、MRIなどを調査する。これまでに3群間の手術方法の成績について比較した報告はなく、新たな知見の議論に資する。

The selection of surgical procedure for lumbar spinal stenosis due to degenerative spondylolisthesis is still under debate. The purpose of this study is to prospectively assess the clinical results of decompression alone, decompression plus fusion, and decompression plus stabilization for degenerative spondylolisthesis.
